摘要
在西方国家,艺术疗法作为一门学科已有很长的历史,心理学理论和艺术教育理论奠定了艺术疗法的系统框架。以艺术疗法为研究对象,通过对艺术疗法的概念及历史背景的深入研究,探索艺术疗法导入大学生心理约谈过程中的可行性与方式。在大学生心理约谈过程中导入艺术欣赏和艺术创作等艺术行为,有助于释放内心压力、发泄压抑情绪、缓和情感冲突、整合身心状态,从而达到净化情绪的目的与效果。
Art therapy as a discipline has experienced a long research history in the West.Psychological theory and art education theory have laid the systemic framework of art therapy.Taking art therapy as a research object,the paper explores the feasibility and way of introducing art therapy into psychology interviews with college students through indepth study on its concept and historical background.It is believed that the introduction of art appreciation and artistic creation during the process of psychological interviews with college students is conducive to release their inner pressure,relieve depressed feelings,ease emotional conflict,and integrate mental and physical status so as to achieve the result of emotional purification.
