摘要
矿业类创新人才对于实现矿业创新驱动发展至关重要。高校学生是矿业类高层次储备创新人才的主力军,也是产业综合竞争力提升的重要组成部分。矿业类高校学生的创新能力体现在宽基础、强能力、善协作、敢求新,通过多学科交叉去解决复杂技术难题。文章分析了解决复杂技术难题能力是创新能力的重要体现,详细阐述矿业类高校学生解决复杂技术难题所需的核心能力,并提出提升解决复杂技术难题能力的有效途径,为增强矿业类高校学生创新能力提供了有效抓手,为实现矿业科技大发展提供人才支撑。
Innovation talents are crucial to realize the mining innovation-drive development.College students are the main force of high-level reserve innovative talents and an important part to improve comprehensive competitiveness of the mining industry.The innovation ability of mine engineering students is reflected in extensive knowledge,strong ability good cooperation,innovation,and solving complicated technical problems through interdisciplinary methods.This study points out that the ability of solving complicated technical problems is a significant manifestation of innovation ability.It elaborates on the core ability required by mine engineering students and puts forward effective ways to improve the complicated technical problem solving ability.It provides an effective point for enhancing students’innovation ability and offers talents support for realizing the great development of mining technology.
