摘要
混合学习是互联网时代高等教育改革和发展的趋势。在梳理混合学习研究现状与问题的基础上,研究探索构建基于混合学习的创新型人才培养模式,并提出培养路径和实施策略。该模式从"前期准备、教学组织、学习行为管理、学习评价"四个过程对高校学生创新能力培养进行准实验研究发现,学生的自我创新效能感得到提高,学生的创新思维得到激发,从而为混合学习环境下高校学生创新能力培养提供解决方案。
Blended learning is the trend of the reform and development of higher education in the Internet era.On the basis of combing the research status quo and problems of blended learning,this research explores the cultivation of innovative talents mode based on blended learning,and puts forward the training path and implementation strategies.This mode includes the quasi-experimental study for college students’innovative ability training from four processes:“preparation,teaching organizing,learning behavior management,and learning evaluation.”The quasi-experimental study found that students’efficacy of self-innovation is improved,student’s creative thinking is inspired,so as to providesolutions to the training of college students’innovative ability under the blended learning environment.
