摘要
研讨式教学是提升经管类课程课堂教学效果、培养创新性人才的重要途径。以吉首大学为例,通过对教师和学生的调查发现,教师改革意愿、教师教学水平、学生参与积极性、教学支持因素和管理体制因素是制约实施研讨式教学改革的主要因素。提升研讨式教学改革的效果,要激发教师改革积极性,提升教师教学水平,提升学生参与主动性,完善支撑平台,改革教学管理体制。
It is important to enhanceteaching effect in economics and management courses and cultivate innovative talents through seminar teaching.Taking Jishou University as an example,the survey of teachers and students finds that reform will and teaching standard of teacher,the participation initiative of students,teaching support and management system are the main factors restricting the implementation of seminar teaching reform.To improve the effect of seminar teaching,the paper proposes to stimulate the teachers’reform initiative,to improve teachers’teaching standard,to enhance students’participation motivation,to perfect the support platform,to reform teaching management system and so on.
