摘要
利用微波技术合成五元含氮杂环化合物、六元含氮杂环化合物的研究越来越受到学界重视。在微波辐射下,通过各种胺类与4-芳亚甲基-2-苯基恶唑-5(4H)-酮的反应,合成具有潜在生物活性的一系列含氮杂环化合物。该方法产率高,反应时间短,操作简便,适用范围广。产物的结构经红外光谱以及核磁共振谱证实,部分产物的结构经元素分析和单晶X-射线衍射确证。
The application of microwave irradiation in the synthesis of five and six-member heterocyclic compounds containing nitrogen atom has aroused more and more concern from the academic circles.We study the synthesis of a series of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds of biological importance via the reaction of 4-arylidene-3-methylisoxazol-5(4H)-one with various amines under microwave irradiation.Particularly valuable features of this method include the short reaction time,high yield,and broad substrate scope,as well as convenient operation.All the products are conformed by their IR and 1H NMR.The structures of some products are determined by elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction.
