中共十九大报告既是中国共产党迈进新时代、开启新征程、续写新篇章的政治宣言和行动纲领,也是一个逻辑严密、结构科学、系统完整的重要理论文献。中共十九大报告中新时代、新矛盾、新思想、新征程等诸多新提法、新判断之间存在一定的逻辑关系:新成就、新矛盾揭示新时代;新时代催生新使命、新思想;新思想引领新征程、新部署;新征程、新部署需要新保障。
