摘要
在1954年湖北水灾救灾工作中,供销合作社大力开展物资收购工作,改善灾民经济状况,使其能够购买各种必要的生产和生活物资,同时积极组织物资供应,保障灾区防汛抢险、灾民生产与生活及灾后重建。供销合作社将救灾与改善灾民生活、促进灾区生产恢复与发展紧密结合,不仅使救灾成为一场群众性自救运动,提升了供销合作社在群众中的认可度,增强了对群众的吸引力,促进了自身组织的发展,还在一定程度上巩固了中国共产党和人民政府的群众基础,提高了党和人民政府在群众中的声望。
In the flood relief work of Hubei Province in 1954,marketing cooperatives vigorously carried out material purchase work and improved the economic situation of the afflicted in order to made them buy all kinds of necessary production and living materials,at the same time actively organized material supply,protected flood prevention and rescue of the disaster area,production and life of the afflicted and reconstruction after the flood.Marketing cooperatives connected the relief and the improvement of lives of the afflicted and the promotion of production recovery and development in the disaster area together,which not only made relief become a mass self-help movement,enhanced the recognition of marketing cooperatives in the masses,strengthened the appeal to the masses and promoted the development of their own organizations,but also strengthened the mass base of the CPC and the people’s power to some extent and enhanced the prestige of the CPC and People’s power in the masses.
