基于机电耦合动力学和数学模型的电主轴系统软起动特性

摘要 电主轴实现平稳快速的启动,对机电施工来说很重要。现有电动机启动的传统的迭代方式,显然已经不能够传达出电流和启动数据的关系,且在降压条件下不能满足输出频率的需求,难以达到生产需要。本文结合机电耦合脉冲信号的转矩进行分析,通过电动机电磁设计和保真分析,并结合一些实际情况来对其软起动特性进行简单介绍,给以后机电工程建设提供一定帮助。
