集中销售模式下化工产品产销互动机制的探讨

摘要 本文简要叙述了产销互动的基本含义及主要内容,以聚丙烯为例简要介绍了中国石化化工产品集中销售模式的基本情况,就集中销售模式下化工产品产销互动活动的冲突领域进行了分析,并结合工作实践,探讨了促进产销互动的相关协调机制,提出了相关改进措施和建议。
