摘要
早在20世纪90年代,张森水先生就将中国旧石器分为南北方两大工业传统,北方石片石器工业和南方铄石石器工业[1]。南方砾石石器工业作为中国最为重要的旧石器工业类型之一,多年来学者们对其进行了多方面的深人研究,目前已得出诸多重要的结论和看法,特别是对中国南方旧石器文化分期和分区特征已有了整体性的认识,X才宏观上把握南方旧石器文化的发展有着重要的指导意义[2].但是,随着旧石器考古理论的不断发展,越来越多的学者认为,传统的石器分类法更多适用于宏社观察石器文化概、分布和发展等问题,在分析具M織术方面则有着较大的不足,以“操作链,,为核心的石器动态分类则在分析具條織术方面有着很大的优势。
In the Lingnan region,the stone tools of the Upper Paleolithic to Early Neolithic Age were mainly made of pebbles,of which the cutting edges processed into steep edges were very common,and many scholars have classified and described them.Starting from the perspective of lithic technology and referring to specific experimental research,this paper proposed that in the Lingnan region,the processing of steep-edge pebble tools was an intentional behavior of the primitive people,and the multilevel controllable flaking technology is the core technology of this processing.Based on the technical analysis,the development procedure of the steep-edge stone tool processing technology is also briefly summarized.
