价值秩序是社会健康发展的软实力。如何面对由于社会利益分化、价值观念多元化以及西方社会思潮影响而带来的社会价值秩序重塑的风险,是新时代实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标的一大文化价值难题。本文试图论述意识形态的本质及其对新时代社会价值秩序重塑的功能,并由此出发论述习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想是实现价值秩序重塑的根本指导思想,是凝聚中国人心的思想理论基础和来源。

Value order represents the soft strength of the sound development of any society.A major challenge concerning cultural values to the two centenary goals in the new era lies in the exposure to the risks of remodeling social value order due to the differentiation of social interests,diversification of values and impacts of western ideological trends.This paper attempts to discuss the essence of ideology and its role in reshaping social value order in the new era,and accordingly expound that Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for A New Era is the fundamental guiding principle of remodeling value order and the theoretical basis and source of Chinese national cohesion.
