摘要
本文基于2003~2014年中国对欧美国家的直接投资和其他数据,建立随机前沿模型,探讨中国对欧美国家直接投资效率的影响因素。结果表明:(1)欧美国家法律与腐败监管、与中国签订双边投资协定、经济自由度与中国对其直接投资效率正相关,欧美国家网络安全服务、政局稳定性和政府效率与中国对其直接投资效率负相关。(2)在技术非效率效应方程中,欧美国家法律与腐败监管的严厉程度在减少中国对其直接投资技术无效程度中发挥着重要的作用。(3)美洲国家政局稳定性和政府效率与中国对其直接投资显著正相关,但欧洲国家政局稳定性和政府效率对中国对其直接投资有负面影响。
This paper examines the impact of many characteristics on China s outward foreign direct investment(OFDI)efficiency based on multinational panel data of Europe and America.It finds that network security and government efficiency have remarkable negative effects on the efficiency of China s OFDI.The result also shows the positive correlation between China s OFDI efficiency and such factors as Europe and America s supervision of law and corruption,the existence of a bilateral investment treaty and their economic freedom.In the technical inefficiencies effect equation,the severity of Europe and America s legal and corruption supervision plays an important role in reducing the degree of technical inefficiencies of China s OFDI.The political stability and efficiency of American countries have a positive impact on China s direct investment,but the political stability and efficiency of European countries have a negative impact on China s direct investment.
