摘要 针对舱盖传动机构的传动能力不足的问题,通过解析法建立了机构的动力学解析模型,分析了机构的传动特点,包括丝杠螺母输入扭矩和螺母拉力的传动表达式、导向销和驱动销与"L"型滑道的接触载荷、以及系统的输出扭矩。针对机构传动中舱盖轴与套筒接触引起的摩擦损失,研究了不同输入扭矩和不同摩擦系数下的接触载荷和输出扭矩,得到了机构中摩擦系数的上限。建立的模型可以快速分析接触载荷,为传动机构优化设计、机构的润滑分析和失效分析提供分析方法。 To solve the insufficient transmission capacity problem of the hatch cover drive mechanism,the analytical dynamic model was established by using the analytic method,and the characteristics of the mechanism were analyzed.The mathematical expressions of the input torque and the output tension of the screw and nut were given.The contact load between the guide pin and the driving pin and the“L”type slideway,and the output torque of the system were also given.The numerical model of friction loss caused by the contact between the shaft and the sleeve of the hatch cover was presented.The contact load and output torque under different input torques and different friction coefficients were studied.The upper limit of friction coefficient in the mechanism was given.The model may be used to analyze the contact load rapidly,and provide an analytical method for the optimization design,lubrication analysis and failure analysis.
