职业教育产教对接制度建设的问题与对策

制度建设是实现职业教育产教对接的重要保证。对学校、企业、行业、政府等职业教育产教对接利益相关方的调研表明,现有制度建设与职业教育产教对接的时代发展要求有较大差距,在制度的层级、制度的保障等方面已不能适应职业教育产教对接的现实需求,不能有效引领职业教育产教对接工作的持续开展。依据当前职业教育产教对接制度建设的实际,从制度设计、实施、保障和评价等方面突破产教对接制度建设瓶颈,是实现产教协同育人,职业教育与地方支柱性产业动态协调发展的必由之路。

The construction of industry-education cooperation system is an important guarantee for the efifective cooperation between industry and education.The survey on the related parties such as school,enterprise,industry and government,shows that there is a big gap between the existing system construction and the development of industry-education cooperation of vocational education.In terms of system level and system guarantee,then can no longer meet the practical needs of industry-education cooperation of vocational education,nor effectively guide its continuing development.According to the reality of the construction of the current industry-education cooperation system,it is the only way to realize co-educating people by industry and education and the dynamic coordinated development of the vocational education and the local pillar industries by breaking through the bottleneck of the industry-education cooperation system from the aspects of system design,implementation,guarantee and evaluation.
