从要素驱动到创新驱动:制度质量视角下的经济增长动力转换与路径选择

From Factors Driven to Innovation Driven:Switch of Economic Growth Impetus and Selection of Pathway Based on the Perspective of Institutional Quality

研究目标:在制度质量视角下探究经济增长动力从要素驱动向创新驱动转换的内在路径。研究方法:基于内生经济增长模型开展理论分析;采用双重变量门槛模型对2001～2015年的面板数据进行实证研究。研究发现:我国经济发展中的创新驱动效应以东部沿海地区为集聚中心,具有在时间维度上阶段性增长、在空间维度上"蔓延式"发展的时空格局;创新驱动对经济增长的促进作用在东部、中部和西部地区分别表现为加速效应、收敛效应和分化效应;制度质量是保障创新驱动效应的重要前提;经济增长方式的转变次序构成了经济增长动力转换的内在路径。研究创新:首次提出了经济增长中创新驱动效应的测算方法;将经济增长方式划分为"要素驱动型""制度依赖型""技术依赖型"和"创新驱动型"四种类型,据此解析经济增长动力转换的内在路径。研究价值:明确地区经济增长动力转换的进程,对于实现新旧动能的平稳过渡、维持经济持续稳定发展具有重要意义。
