基于媒介融合的国企党建“四化”问题破解路径探究——以广东省农垦集团公司为例

Research on the Solving Path of the “Four Problems” of the Party Building in State-owned Enterprises Based on Media Convergence——Taking Guangdong Agribusiness Group Corporation as an Example

中国特色社会主义迈入新时代,加强国企党建"四化"问题研究具有重要的现实意义。通过对媒介融合的内涵与发展及其对信息传播和党建信息化的影响,以及国企党建"四化"问题表现及成因的分析,提出从媒介融合发展的视角破解国企党建"四化"问题的实施路径。并对广东农垦以企业媒介融合为抓手,促进党建工作"四融合",有效破解"四化"问题的"广垦模式"进行了综合分析,为国企党建研究提供新的视角和可供借鉴的实践模式。

The socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.It is of great practical significance to strengthen the study of the“four problems(weakening,downplaying,hollowing and marginalizing)”of the party building in state-owned enterprises.Based on the analysis of the connotation&development of media convergence and its influence on information dissemination and the party building informatization,as well as the performance and cause of the“four problems”,it puts forward the implementation path from the perspective of media convergence development to break the four problems.It has comprehensively analyzed the“Guangken Mode”--taking media integration as the starting point to promote the“four integration”of party building to solve the four problems of party building in Guangdong Agribusiness Group Corporation,to provide a new perspective for the study of the party building,and can be used for reference in practice mode.
