摘要
近年来,中国互联网经济的迅猛发展,外商银行的大量涌入以及互联网金融、P2P、P2F等新兴金融形式的高速崛起,我国的金融环境有了翻天覆地的变化。金融行业过去在老一辈人眼中是"高薪铁饭碗",发展到如今从业人员们却纷纷调侃自己是"金融民工"。是什么带来了这种变化?该文尝试从我国商业银行发展趋势与战略上入手分析商业人力资源发展中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和方向。
In recent years,China’s financial environment has endured a tremendous change due to rapid development of Internet economics,abundant entrance of foreign banks and high-speed rising of new type financial forms like P2P,P2F,etc.The older generation treats financial job position as a highly-paid secure job while the new financial jobholders entertain themselves with a name of financial labor.This paper explores the human resource development concerns of China’s commercial banks from the perspective of commercial banks’developing trends and strategies,and also proposes the corresponding reformation measures and directions.
