Exploring Self-management Model of Freshmen in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着国家提出构建现代化的职业教育体系,高职院校在高等教育中的重要作用更加突出,因此,高职院校需要由规模扩张转型向质量内涵提升,重视结合社会对人才的新需求,重视对新生的自我管理能力,构建全新的自我管理模式,培育学生的自我管理能力。本文首先解析自我管理的内涵,然后分析高职院校大学生自我管理能力提升的必要性和重要性,最后尝试探索高职院校大学生自我管理模式构建路径。

As the country proposes to construct a modern vocational education system,higher vocational colleges play an important role in higher education.Therefore,higher vocational colleges need to upgrade from scale expansion to quality connotation to improve quality,and pay attention to the combination of society for talents.New needs,attention to freshman’s self-management ability,build a new self-management model,and cultivate students’self-management skills.This article first analyzes the connotation of self-management,and then analyzes the necessity and importance of enhancing the self-management ability of higher vocational college students.Finally,it tries to explore the path of constructing the selfmanagement mode of higher vocational college students.
