摘要
本文的目的是探讨护理专业技能操作教学模式。方法是对我校2012级护理、助产5个班共229名同学的五项护理操作进行考核,对结果进行分析。考核标准依据广西壮族自治区卫生厅编写的《55项临床护理技术操作标准》。最终得出的结论是传统的教学模式已经不能适应现代护理人才的要求,必须寻求新的教学模式。
Objective to explore the teaching mode of nursing professional skills.Methods five nursing operations of 229 students from 5 classes in grade 2012 were assessed and analyzed.Of evaluation standards on the basis of the guangxi zhuang autonomous region health department to write the conclusion of 55 clinical nursing technical operation standard of the traditional teaching mode has already can not adapt to now nursing talents requirement,must seek a new teaching mode.
