基于语料库的运动事件再词汇化研究——以《三国演义》中“走”类运动事件英译为例

Corpus-based Study on Re-Lexicalization in Motion Event:A Case Study of Translation of “Walk” Type Motion Event in Romance of the Three Kingdoms

以基于汉英语料库的《三国演义》中"走"类运动事件为个案,较为系统地探讨了运动事件再词汇化问题,认为在《三国演义》中主要存在动词再词汇化、卫星元再词汇化和其他再词汇化3种再词汇化模式,且主要以动词再词汇化为主,说明"走"类运动事件动词再词汇化编码方式主要以[运动]+[方式]为主。依据"走"类运动事件再词汇化模式,汉英翻译时可采取语义融合、语义离散和语义重组的翻译策略。

Based on a Chinese-English parallel corpus and taking Romance of the Three Kingdoms as an example,the re-lexicalization patterns in“walk”type motion event was analyzed.It is found that:there are verb-based re-lexicalization pattern,satellite-based re-lexicalization pattern and other type of re-lexicalization pattern.Among which verb-based re-lexicalization pattern is dominant;in verb-based re-lexicalization pattern,the semantic integration of[motion]+[manner]occupies the largest number;based on lexicalization patterns of in“walk”type motion event,the strategies of semantic fusion,dispersion and recombination can be applied in translation.
