民办高职院校师资队伍建设的困境与对策研究——基于江苏民办高职师资队伍建设的调查

Research on the Difficulties and Countermeasures of Teaching Staff Construction in Private Higher Vocational Institutions——Based on the Investigation of the Construction of Teaching Staff in Private Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu

高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,对我国人才培养具有深刻影响,而高职教育水平的高低主要取决于师资队伍质量。基于江苏省民办高职院校师资队伍建设情况的调查后发现的困境和难点,其应对策略是推进学校专兼职教师队伍建设、创新师资队伍建设模式、推进"双师双能型"素质建设和加大财政投入等。

Higher vocational education is an important part of China's higher education and has a profound impact on the cultivation of talents in China.The level of higher vocational education depends mainly on the quality of the teaching staff.Based on the difficulties and plights found in the survey of the teaching staff construction in private vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province,the countermeasures are to motivate the construction of a school-based team of part-time teachers,to innovate the teaching staff construction model,and to promote the development of the quality of“double-training and dual-energy”,and increase the financial investment.
