摘要
对珠光体钢采用不同压下率(0~85%)进行轧制,利用X射线衍射仪测定了{110}、{200}、{211}3张极图,并利用织构分析软件计算了取向分布函数(ODF),通过得到的恒φ=45°截面图,研究了经过0~85%压下率的冷轧变形后共析珠光体钢中晶粒取向的变化规律以及形变机理.研究结果表明:随着压下量的增加,α织构中,{552}〈110〉、{110}〈110〉织构组分变化不大,而{001}〈110〉、{113}〈110〉、{112}〈110〉、{111}〈110〉织构组分的取向分布值随之增大,其中{113}〈110〉、{112}〈110〉织构组分变化最显著;γ织构中组分的强度随压下量的增大而提高,并稳定于{111}〈112〉.
The pearlite steels were rolled with different reduction rates(0~85%).The three polarograms of{110},{200}and{211}were measured by X-ray diffractometer and calculated using texture analysis software.The orientation distribution function(ODF)was used to study the regularity of grain orientation in the eutectoid pearlitic steel after cold rolling at 0~85%reduction and the deformation mechanism.The results show that the orientation density of{001}〈110〉,{113}〈110〉,{112}〈110〉,{111}〈110〉inαtexture increased with the increase of reduction rate.The texture components{113}〈110〉and{112}〈110〉have the most significant changes,while the texture components{552}〈110〉and{110}〈110〉remains almost the same.The strength ofγtexture increased with the increase of reduction rate and stabilized at{111}〈112〉.
