人参、黄芪和天南星三种中药中毒杀芬残留量的快速测定方法

摘要 建立了人参、黄芪和天南星中毒杀芬残留量的气相色谱检测方法.样品经正己烷提取,通过N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)和石墨化炭黑(Carb)净化后,用气相色谱电子捕获检测器测定,外标法定量.方法定量限(LOD)为0.05mg·kg-1,在0.02~1.0μg·mL-1的质量浓度范围内,相关系数为0.994,在样品中添加0.05~0.50mg·kg-1范围内(n=6),回收率为68%~98%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.1%~8.5%.该方法适用于人参、黄芪和天南星中毒杀芬的快速检测. method was developed for the determination of toxaphene residues in ginseng,milkvetch root and rhizoma arisaematis by capillary gas chromatographic.The pesticide was extracted using n-hexane and purified by PSA and Carb,finally detected by GC-electron capture detector and external standard method for quantitative.The results show that,the limit of quantitation of the method was 0.05 mg/kg;in the linear range of 0.02~1.0μg/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.994;in a range of 0.05~0.50 mg/kg(n=6),the corresponding recoveries were 68%~95%,the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 4.1%~8.5%.The method is suitable for rapid detection of toxaphene residues in ginseng,milkvetch root and rhizoma arisaemati.
