摘要
为了缓解道路混凝土路面常见病害,同时提高钢渣微粉等工业废渣利用率,将莱钢钢渣微粉以10%为等级等质量取代水泥用量制备钢渣-水泥道路混凝土掺合料,研究了莱钢钢渣微粉质量分数在0~40%变化范围内对复合胶凝材料相关性能的影响规律.研究结果表明:随着复合胶凝材料中莱钢钢渣微粉质量分数的增加,复合胶凝材料标准稠度、砂浆强度呈现出先下降后稳定的趋势,凝结时间、砂浆流动度呈现先上升后稳定趋势;钢渣微粉和水泥的最佳配合质量比为m(钢渣微粉)∶m(水泥)=3∶7.沿德高速水泥混凝土路面试验结果表明,钢渣微粉的掺加能够明显改善路用混凝土的耐磨、抗冻、体积稳定性等耐久性指标.
In order to alleviate the common diseases of road concrete pavement and improve the utilization rate of steel slag and other industrial waste,the steel slag-cement road concrete admixture was prepared by substituting the cement content with the quality of Laigang steel slag micro-powder with 10%grade.The influence law of Laigang steel slag micro-powder mass blending in the range of 0~40%on the properties of composite cementitious materials was studied,and the optimum content of steel slag micro-powder was obtained.The results show that with the increase of the content of steel slag powder in the composite cementitious material,the standard consistency and mortar strength of the composite cementitious material show a tendency of decreasing first and then stabilized,and the setting time and the mortar fluidity show a trend of rising first and then stabilized.The optimum mass ratio of steel slag powder and cement is 3∶7.The test results of Yancheng high-speed cement concrete pavement show that the addition of steel slag powder can significantly improve the durability indexes of road concrete such as wear resistance,frost resistance and volume stability.
