城乡统筹视角下晋江市新型农村社区治理问题研究

Study on Governance of the New Rural Community in Jinjiang City from the Perspective of Urban-rural Integration

随着新型城镇化的发展,在沿海发达地区,农村社区日益转变为新型农村社区。文章采用质性研究方法,以晋江市为个案,重点研究了新型农村社区主要类型、社区治理主要模式;采用文献归纳法和比较分析法,总结了可借鉴的国内外新型农村社区发展和治理外部经验;坚持城乡统筹战略,从明确治理定位、坚持治理原则、完善治理结构、整合治理资源、塑造治理品牌五个方面提出解决晋江市新型农村社区治理问题的对策建议。

With the development of new urbanization,rural communities are increasingly turning into new rural communities in developed coastal regions.Taking Jinjiang City as a case,this study adopts a qualitative research method to focus on the major types of new rural communities and the main models of community governance.Besides,literature induction and comparative analysis are employed to sum up the external experiences of developing and governing the new type of rural communities home and abroad that can be used for reference.The countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the following five aspects,namely,the clear orientation of governance,adherence to the governance principles,improving the governance structure,integrating the governance resources,and shaping the governance brand.
