2016年12月,习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调:做好高校思想政治工作,要因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。基于优化、改进和创新工作理念,将阿里巴巴开发的软件"钉钉"运用到高校辅导员实际工作中,并与传统的管理模式进行对比研究,探索出行之有效的工作新途径,从而提高辅导员管理水平和工作成效。

In December 2016,general secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the National Conference on the ideological work in colleges and universities:accomplishing a good job of ideological work in colleges and universities is of great importance and ideological work is expected to be undertaken according to different matter,time and situation.Based on the idea of optimization,improvement and innovation,college counselors apply the software"nail"developed by the Alibaba to their practical work and compare it with traditional management model to explore new ways of effective work so as to improve their management level and work effectiveness.
