摘要
面对当前日益严峻的就业形势,高校传统的就业指导教学模式难以适应社会经济发展对大学生职业能力与素养提出的新要求,必须改革创新教学模式。通过调查研究发现,当前就业指导课传统教学模式存在师资薄弱、内容宽泛、形式单一、实践脱节等方面问题。为解决问题,从分析、构建、整合、实施四个方面建设高校就业指导课程模块化教学模式,以推进高校就业指导课程改革。
In the face of increasingly severe employment situation,the traditional teaching mode of employment guidance in colleges and universities is difficult to adapt to the new requirements of social and economic development for college students'professional ability and accomplishment,thus the teaching mode must be reformed.Through investigation and research,we find that the traditional teaching mode of current employment guidance course is featured by insufficient teachers,broad content,single form and disjointed practice.In order to solve the problem,we should construct the modular teaching mode of college employment guidance course from the four aspects of analysis,construction,integration and implementation so as to promote the reform of college employment guidance curriculum.
