福建省高职院校勤工助学现状与对策

Current Situation and Measures of Work-study Program in Higher Vocational Colleges of Fujian Province

勤工助学为家庭经济困难学生实现物质资助和精神帮扶等方面发挥着重要作用。目前福建省部分高职院校在开展勤工助学资助工作时,存在着机制滞后、投入不足、人职不匹和维权艰难等问题。因此,只有拓宽高职院校勤工助学途径、思路,强化各项保障,才能发挥勤工助学在高职人才培养中和学院学生资助工作中的重要作用。

Work-study program is a good way to fight poverty on campus and plays an important role in both material support and spiritual support for those students with financial difficulties.At present,problems arise in the work-study program of some higher vocational colleges in Fujian province,such as backward system,insufficient investment,unqualified staff and difficulties in safeguarding rights,consequently only by improving the work-study approaches and ideas,and strengthening various guarantees,the workstudy program will play an important role in the talents training and students'funding work in the higher vocational college.
