摘要 介绍了电极式锅炉的系统结构,研究了其运行特性。以火电厂350 MW全范围仿真系统为平台,研究其对火电单元机组上网负荷和负荷变化率的影响。仿真试验表明,通过调整电极式锅炉功率,能够提高机组的上网负荷变化率,可以进一步降低上网负荷,更好地满足电网调度的要求。 This paper introduced the system structure of the electrode boiler and studied its operating characteristics.Take a full range of 350 MW thermal power plant simulation system platform,by changing the load electric boiler,to study its effect on the rate of change in Internet load and load thermal power unit,and find ways to improve the rate of change of the load.The simulation results showed that the rate of change of the load of the unit could be increased by adjusting the power of the electric boiler,which could better meet the requirements of power grid dispatch.Under the constraints of meeting the thermal power constraints,the grid load could be further reduced.This study provided a theoretical basis and simulation experience for the application of electrode boilers in the deep peak regulation of thermal power plants.
