摘要 通过分析红外成像技术探测获得的空冷凝汽器冷却单元的低温区成因,设计一种直接空冷凝汽器防冻卷帘。该设备主要包括卷帘主体、电动机、导向轨道、支撑轨道等部件,可以隔绝空冷凝汽器冷却单元的冷却介质,利用进入空冷凝汽器的乏汽热量解冻已发生冻结的空冷凝汽器。通过测试,该设备不仅可以消除因空冷凝汽器高度差而产生的虹吸效应,达到快速、彻底解冻的目的,而且规避了帆布封堵空冷风机入口存在的弊端。 By analyzing the cause of low temperature zone of air-cooled condenser cooling unit,which is obtained through the detection of infrared imaging technology,a kind of air-cooled condenser antifreeze curtains is designed.The equipment mainly includes curling body,electric motor,guide track,supporting track,etc.It can isolate cooling medium of air-cooled condenser cooling unit,and melt the frozen air-cooled condenser by use of exhaust steam heat in air-cooled condenser.Through testing,it is found that the equipment not only can eliminate siphon effect which takes place for height difference of air-cooled condenser,and achieve the goal to fast and thorough thaw,but also can avoid the disadvantage that canvas is plugged in the entrance of air cooler.
