宁夏电网输电线路防风策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 宁夏电网输电线路多分布于自然环境恶劣地域,局部大风时有发生,严重威胁输电线路的运行安全。通过统计分析宁夏电网输电线路风害的分布特征,根据宁夏地区最大风速区域的环境特点,结合输电线路运行经验,提出了设计、验收及线路运行阶段宁夏电网输电线路的防风策略。实施该防风策略后,输电线路风偏、舞动、倒杆断线等故障显著减少,提高了输电线路的安全稳定运行水平。 The power transmission line in Ningxia power grid mostly distributed in the mountain ditch regional harsh natural environment,local gale and squall line winds occured from time to time,seriously endangered the safe operation of the transmission lines.Through statistical analysis of distribution characteristics on wind damage,according to wind speed maximum area mainly characteristics in Ningxia area,combined with the operation experience of Ningxia power grid transmission lines,proposed the power transmission lines wind proof strategies in design,checking and operation stages.Since the wind strategies were carried out,the transmission line wind partial,dancing,inverted pole disconnection faults were significantly reduced,improved the transmission line safe and stable operation level.
