摘要
弧焊机器人在现代制造业中的应用越来越广泛,且发挥着不可替代的作用。开发功能全面、开放性强、可靠性高的弧焊机器人控制系统至关重要。在分析和研究了国内外工业机器人控制系统的基础上,搭建了新型的弧焊机器人控制系统。整个系统由西门子315-2DP PLC控制,机器人与PLC间通过PROFIBUS-DP总线通讯,机器人与焊机通过Devicenet总线通讯。焊接实验表明:该系统具有可靠性高、柔性好以及长期运转稳定性强等特点。
The application of arc welding robot in modern manufacture becomes wider with an irreplaceable role.Developing fully functioned arc welding robot system with strong openness,and high reliability is very important.On the basis of analysis and study on domestic and foreign industrial robot system,this paper set up a new type of arc welding robot control system.The whole system was controlled by PLC of Siemens 315-2DP.The PROFIBUS-DP field bus was used by communicating between robot and PLC.And Devicenet field bus was used by communicating between robots and welding machine.The system was proved to have high reliability,strong flexibility and long-term operation stability by welding experiments.
