配送路线是指各送货车辆向每个用户送货时所要经过的线路。配送路线是否合理对配送速度、车辆的合理利用和配送费用都有直接影响,因此配送线路的优化问题是配送工作的主要问题之一。采用科学、合理的方法来确定配送路线,是配送活动中非常重要的一项工作。据中国仓储协会调查显示,配送费用在不同领域所占的物流费用比例不同,其中:生产企业原料物流中占58%、生产企业成品物流中占73%、商业物流中占52%。"好朋友"配送中心在经营中,其配送线路的选择都采用司机经验法,从未对配送路线进行过优化设计,导致车辆配送效率低、配送成本高。配送中心希望能够改善现有的配送状况,为企业设计一套优化、合理的配送线路方案,以减少运输路程,节约运输成本,增加利润,提高企业经济效益。

Distribution route is the line of vehicles pass to deliver goods to each user.Whether the distribution route is reasonable or not has direct impact on the speed of distribution as well as the rational utilization of vehicles and the cost of distribution.Therefore,optimization of distribution route is one of main problems of distribution.The use of scientific and reasonable methods to determine the distribution route is a very important task in distribution.According to a survey by China Warehousing Association,the proportion of distribution costs in different fields accounted for 58%of total raw material logistics,73%of finished products logistics and 52%of commercial logistics.The Good Friend distribution center adopts the driver experience method in the selection of distribution routes,resulting in low vehicle distribution efficiency and high distribution cost.The center hopes to improve the existing distribution status,and design an optimized and reasonable distribution plan for enterprises,so as to reduce transport routes,save transportation costs and increase profits and improve economic efficiency of enterprises.
