Exploration on the Personnel File Management of Highway Engineering

为了便于公路工程系统选拔技术人员,配置更优良的人力资源,公路工程部门设立了人事档案管理系统,论文将分析总结公路工程人事档案管理的管理过程,重点分析介绍人事档案的管理系统制度、档案管理中员工整体的状态及素质因素、管理系统的信息化融合程度等管理问题,同时针对人事档案管理问题提出可行的建议。

In order to facilitate the selection of technicians in highway engineering system and deploy better human resources,the highway engineering department has set up a personnel file management system.This paper will analyze and summarize the management process of personnel file management of highway engineering.The management problems such as the management system of personnel files,the overall state and quality of the staff in the file management,the degree of information integration of the management system and so on are analyzed in detail.At the same time,some feasible suggestions are put forward for personnel file management.
