浅议供给侧结构性改革背景下的高职院校二元目标人才培养模式构建

A Brief Discussion on the Talent Training Mode of Dual Target of Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of the Supply-Side Structural Reform

论文针对时下经济领域进行的供给侧结构性改革,提出处于为经济社会提供人才供给的高职院校也应因势利导地构建二元目标人才培养模式,在此基础上详细阐述了二元目标的内涵和内在联系,并从教育理念、专业设置、课程体系、改革政策四个方面讨论了如何构建二元目标人才培养模式。

In view of the supply-side structural reform in the economic sphere at present,the paper puts forward that the higher vocational colleges,which provide the talent supply for the economy and society,should also construct the talents training mode of dual target in the same direction.On this basis,the paper expounds the connotation and internal relation of the dual target in detail,and discusses how to construct the talent training mode of dual target from four aspects of the education concept,major setting,curriculum system and the reform policies.
