摘要 汽车内饰件是现代汽车的重要组成部分,随着汽车行业的高速发展以及市场竞争的日趋激烈,客户对汽车舒适性的需求不断提升,这对于汽车内饰件机械加工技术提出了更高的要求。论文以模内转印技术为核心,针对当前主流的汽车内饰制造工艺进行总结,对模内转印技术在汽车内饰件加工工艺中的应用进行了较为详细的阐述,旨在为汽车内饰件机械加工提供理论参考,提升我国汽车企业内饰件工艺制造水平。 The automobile interior trims is an important part of modern automobile.With the rapid development of automobile industry and the increasingly fierce market competition,the customer's demand for the comfort of cars is increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for machining technology of automotive interior trims.This paper takes the technology of in-mold transfer as the core,summarizes the current main manufacturing process of automobile interior decoration,and makes a detailed description on the application of in-mold transfer technology in the processing technology of automotive interior trims.The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical reference for the mechanical processing of automotive interior trims and improve the manufacturing level of internal ornaments in automobile enterprises in our country.
