摘要 某火电厂产生的粉煤灰含碳量高而不能直接用于混凝土等建材方面,而只能用在矿山充填作业,废渣资源化利用程度低,基于此,对其进行了浮选脱碳试验研究。通过粗选试验和扫选试验确定粉煤灰选矿的捕收剂、起泡剂及浮选时间。通过小型浮选试验研究,确定了"一粗二精二扫"和"一粗一精一扫"的浮选流程,经浮选脱碳后烧失量分别低于5%低于8%,达到建材行业一、二级粉煤灰的标准,实现了资源综合利用。 The fly ash produced by a thermal power plant is high carbon content and can not be directly used in building materials such as concrete,it only can be used in the operation of mine filling.The utilization degree of waste residue is low.Based on this,the experimental study on flotation decarbonization was carried out.The collector,foaming agent and flotation time of fly ash beneficiation are determined by means of coarse selection test and scavenging test.Through small scale flotation experiment,the flotation process of"one coarse,two fine,two sweeping"and"one coarse,one fine and one sweeping"were determined.After flotation decarbonization,the loss on ignition are respectively lower than 5%and 8%,respectively,which reaches the standard of grade one and two fly ash in the building material industry,and realizes the comprehensive utilization of resources.
