摘要
针对髋关节翻修中使用的股骨柄长度进行再设计,从横向和纵向两个角度探讨不同柄种、不同柄长的人工假体在术后的力学表现。利用CT影像数据重建髋关节模型,在专业医师指导下完成模拟手术装配。随后,借助有限元的分析方法,在计算机中仿真模拟手术结果。最后对计算结果进行评价分析,一方面为髋关节翻修的假体选择提供帮助;另一方面从工程力学的角度对人工假体的设计方向提出相应的建议和指导。
The paper aims to redesign the length of femoral stems in revision of total hip arthroplasty.Joint prosthesis in different length and different types are tested to get the mechanical performance.After reconstructing the hip joint model with a CT image data,we assembly the stems and femur in a real simulated operation way under the guidance of the professional physician.The results of the models’mechanical performance is obtained with finite element analysis method.This paper analyzes and evaluates the calculation results and offers guidance:on the one hand,it helps the doctor to choose the prosthesis;on the other hand,it gives engineers suggestions on the design of joint prosthesis from the perspective of biomechanics.
