摘要
为研究汽车变速器齿轮啸叫的机理和影响因素,建立了一种新的建模方法和分析流程,能够为变速器创建完全参数化的动力学分析模型,对变速器中各组件的相互影响和交互作用进行考虑,包括轴承游隙、行星轮系、箱体、齿轮轮辐刚度等因素,并分析齿轮啮合的传动误差和系统的振动响应。以此方法为基础,进行了两项研究:通过采用多组轴承预紧数据,研究了轴承预紧对齿轮啮合错位量以及传动误差的影响;通过对箱体上轴承孔的位置度在公差范围内进行取值,研究位置度对整个系统振动以及齿轮啸叫的影响。
To analyze the mechanism of gear whine in automotive gearbox,a new modelling method and analyzing process is introduced in this paper.With this approach,the transmissions are created as parametric models and the influences among each component are considered,including the bearing clearance,planetary,housing,gear blank stiffness,etc.The parametric model can be solved for gear mesh transmission error and system vibration by generating and analyzing dynamic model.This paper finished two investigations using this approach.One is investigating the influence of bearing clearance on gear mesh misalignment and transmission error,by using different bearing clearances in the parametric model.The other is investigating the influence of housing bore positionality on system vibration response,by analyzing models with different housing bore positionalities.
