阀门的寿命试验是考核阀门可靠性最重要、最基本的项目之一,新设计的阀门产品、涉及关键部件或关键工艺更改时,需要进行寿命试验。通过研究寿命试验在用标准,按要求在实验室条件下模拟阀门的实际工况,对阀门进行从全开到全关的循环操作,并以球阀阀杆磨损状态为例考核其失效方式,得出阀门的失效规律与寿命特性,为阀门的可维修性,可靠性设计提供现实依据,并验证阀门的设计和工艺。

The life test of valves is one of the most important and basic items for assessing the valve reliability.Life test is required for newly designed products and key component or key process changes.The actual working conditions of the valves are simulated under the laboratory conditions through the study on life test standards in use.The valves are operated from fully open to fully close in loop operation.Taking the wear state of the ball valve stems as an example,the failure mode of valves is examined,and the failure law and life characteristics are obtained,which would provide a practical basis for the maintainability and reliability design of the valves,and verify the design and technic of the valves.
