摘要 TRIZ是一种世界上应用较广的用创新方法解决实际问题的解题工具,可以缩短创新时间,提高创新效果。利用TRIZ中的因果树分析和物场模型分析以减速器漏油为解题对象,分析出了问题原因,并提出了双机械迷宫密封结构和增加耐磨套的改进方案,经实际验证,取得了理想的效果。 TRIZ is a kind of problem solving tool which is widely used in the world to solve practical problems.It can shorten the time of innovation and improve the effect of innovation.In this paper,the causal tree analysis and the physical field model analysis in TRIZ are used to solve the problem of oil leakage in reducer,and to analyze the cause of the problem;and then the improvement plan of double mechanical labyrinth sealing structure and increasing wear resistance sleeve is put forward.After practical verification,the ideal results are achieved.
