摘要
当农用三轮车发生碰撞时,车架受到很大的冲击作用力。基于有限元仿真分析了农用三轮车在不同速度下,与刚体碰撞时车架的应力状态、能量变化和弹塑性变形等,得出了车架设计的薄弱环节并提出了改进意见,分析结果对农用三轮车的优化设计提供了指导。
When the agricultural tricycles collide,the frame is subjected to a great impact.Based on the finite element simulation,the stress state,energy change and elastic-plastic deformation of the agricultural tricycle at different speeds under the rigid body collision are analyzed in this paper.The weak link of the frame design is obtained and the improvement suggestions are put forward.The analysis results provide guidance for the optimization design of agricultural tricycles.
