摘要 风力发电机关键部件的可靠设计是风电行业的关注点。为了获得设计合理的变桨齿轮箱,需要研究这一复杂机械系统的动力学特性。应用Solid Works建立变桨齿轮箱各个部件的三维装配模型,然后基于ADAMS建立含轴承的虚拟样机模型。进行了齿轮箱额定工况下的动力学仿真,根据理论转速验证了仿真模型,得到了齿轮箱的啮合特性、频谱特性以及轴承的位移响应。仿真结果为变桨齿轮箱的设计与优化提供了指导依据。 The reliable design for the key components of wind turbines is the focus of the wind power industry.In order to obtain a properly designed pitch gearbox,we need to study the dynamics of this complex mechanical system.The three-dimensional assembly model of each component of the pitch gearbox was established with the SolidWorks,and then a virtual prototype model with bearing was established based on the ADAMS.The dynamic simulation of the gear box under rated conditions was carried out.The simulation model was verified according to the theoretical speed,and the meshing characteristics,the spectral characteristics and the displacement response of the gearbox were obtained.The simulation results provide the basis for design and optimization of the pitch gearbox.
