摘要
为实现物流配送的智能化、自动化,提高工作效率,降低物流成本,对自动分拣搬运机器人进行研究。以单片机控制技术为基础,建立了机器人的运动学模型和动力学模型,分析PID控制算法,依据RFID读卡技术,实现了物品的搬运与自动分拣。最后通过仿真实验验证了系统的可行性。
In order to realize the intellectualization and automation of the logistics distribution,improve work efficiency and reduce the logistics cost,the automatic sorting and handling robot is studied in this paper.Based on the MCU control technology,the kinematics and dynamics models of the robot are set up,and the PID control algorithm is analyzed.According to the RFID reading card technology,the handling and automatic sorting of the articles are realized.Finally,the feasibility of the system is verified by simulation experiments.
