摘要 为了缩小智能机械手的体积使其能应用在除工业之外的更多的场合,研究了机械手的基本功能、控制系统,测量了采用四相步进电机作为驱动部件的机械手的精度范围,设计出一款控制稳定、运动精确的小型桌面机械手。通过CNC USB Controller控制桌面机械手,能够在小平面内完成书写、激光雕刻、3D打印等多种功能。 In order to reduce the size of the intelligent mechanical arm so that it can be applied in situations other than industry,the basic functions and control system of the mechanical arm are studied,and the accuracy range of the mechanical arm that uses 4-phase stepper motors as a power elemen is measured as well.Thus a small desktop mechanical arm with stable control and precise motion is designed in this paper.Functions such as writing,laser engraving,3D printing,etc.within a small plane could be completed through the CNC USB Controller to control the desktop mechanical arms.
