摘要
为了实现钻机在长距离井位间的快速移运及安装,兰石石油装备工程股份有限公司研制了ZJ40DBT沙漠快速移运拖挂钻机。作为钻机最主要的控制方式之一,该钻机的气控系统在现代化机械设计理念基础上采用模块化集成设计。重点介绍钻机气控系统的整体设计思路,并对回路关键部分进行详细阐述。为今后的拖挂式快速移运钻机气控系统设计提供参考。
In order to achieve rapid movement and installation of drilling rigs over long distances,the ZJ40DBT desert rapid moving trailer rig has been developed in Lanshi Petroleum Equipment Engineering Co.,Ltd.As one of the most important control methods for the drilling rigs,the gas control system of the drilling rig adopts the modular integrated design based on the concept of modern machinery design.The paper focuses on the overall design concept of the rig's air control system,and details the key parts of the circuit.It will provide reference for the future design of the pneumatic control system for the trailer-mounted rapid moving drilling rig.
