摘要
近年来,人工采摘成本的提高制约了经济水平的提高,设计智能水果采摘车势在必行。设计一种基于视觉的智能跨垄式草莓采摘车,重点对机械部分设计进行分析阐述,利用机器视觉技术对水果是否成熟进行分辨,能够在复杂的环境下进行工作。通过应用证明工作过程中,耗时短,性能稳定,可靠,采摘效率高。
In recent years,increase of the manual picking cost has hampered the improvement of the economic level,and it is imperative to design the smart fruit picking vehicles.In this paper,a vision-based intelligent cross-ridge strawberry picking truck is designed,and the mechanical part design is analyzed and elaborated.The machine vision technology,which is used to distinguish whether the fruit is ripe,can work in a complicated environment.Through application,it is proved that the machine takes short time in the process of operation,and it has stable and reliable performance,as well as high picking efficiency.
