摘要 作为火电厂锅炉炉膛的重要部件之一,火电站锅炉换热、煤粉稳定燃烧、炉膛压力维持均直接受水冷壁鳍片影响,基于此,就鳍片宽度超宽、焊接工艺与材料不匹配、焊接残余应力影响三种引起火电厂锅炉水冷壁鳍片横向拉裂问题的原因进行了详细论述,以期能为相关业内人士带来一定启发。 As one of the important components of the boiler furnace in power plants,the coal pulverized coal boiler heat exchange,stable combustion,furnace pressure maintaining are directly affected by the water wall fins.Based on this,in this paper,causes of the transverse cracking problem of boiler water wall fins in thermal power plant are discussed in detail,including ultra wide width of the fins,mismatch between welding process and materials,and the influence of welding residual stress,in order to bring some inspiration to the relevant industries.
