摘要
驱动桥壳作为汽车的主要承载件,研究驱动桥壳的轻量化设计具有重要意义。对某汽车驱动桥壳的轻量化设计进行了详细的介绍,并通过仿真分析,确定可行的设计方案,为类似汽车驱动桥壳轻量化设计提供参考。
The drive axle housing is the main load bearing of the automobile,and it is of great significance to carry out research on the lightweight design of drive axle housing.In this paper,a lightweight design of automotive drive axle shell is introduced in detail,and through the simulation analysis,the feasible design scheme is determined,which provides a reference for the lightweight design of the similar automobile drive axle shell.
