摘要
基于EN AW-6056铝合金线材,对其进行了必要的改进和调整,对铝合金螺栓的关键制造工艺、主要机械性能进行了研究,开发出满足轻量化联接要求的铝合金螺栓。研制的铝合金螺栓通过发动机可靠性台架试验,表明其在发动机上的应用是可行的。
Based on the EN AW-6056 aluminum alloy wire,the material is improved and adjusted necessarily;the key manufacturing process and the main mechanical properties of aluminum alloy bolt are studied,and then the aluminum alloy bolts that could meet the requirements of lightweight connection are developed.The developed bolt can pass the reliability rig test,which means that the application of aluminum alloy bolt in engine is feasible.
